BUILD / WEB DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT
Designed around your brand. Developed as a high-performing web product.
From strategy and Figma design to custom frontend development, WordPress CMS, integrations, SEO and post-launch support, one team takes your website from idea to production.

AKTIFEDU / WEB + CMS
Real desktop and mobile project screens.
ONE ACCOUNTABLE TEAM
No gap between the design file and the working product.
Our creative designers and engineers work from the same objective, content architecture and component system, keeping the idea, interface and implementation connected.
Strategy
We align the business goal, user, content priorities and conversion actions.
Design
We design bespoke UI/UX, responsive behaviour and the visual system in Figma.
Development
We turn the approved experience into an accessible, fast and manageable web product.
Continuity
We support launch, technical maintenance, measurement integrations and future improvements.
DESIGN FIRST
A design process that turns brand identity into a user journey.
Rather than recolouring a template, we shape page architecture, content rhythm, typography, interaction and mobile behaviour around the brand’s goals.
Discovery and content architecture
We align the audience, competitive context, page structure and actions expected from the user.
Wireframe logic
We solve content order, navigation, hierarchy and conversion points before visual styling.
Figma UI system
Typography, colour, components, states and brand motion become one coherent system.
Responsive decisions
We reorganise priorities for tablet and mobile instead of merely shrinking a desktop design.

Interactive country discovery for AktifEdu: content architecture, visual storytelling and frontend behaviour in one experience.
REAL DEVICE EXPERIENCE
The same brand character, with the right behaviour on every screen.
Navigation, readability, touch targets, image crops and CTA order are considered mobile-first. Responsive delivery is a design decision, not a post-launch fix.

THE RIGHT FOUNDATION
We build custom code and work with established platforms when that is the smarter choice.
Technology is selected around content operations, customisation, team structure, integrations and long-term maintenance—not because a tool is fashionable.
Custom Next.js / React
For projects that need high performance, bespoke interactions, integrations and scalable component architecture.
Custom WordPress + CMS
For teams that need easy content operations without giving the interface over to an off-the-shelf theme.
Controlled page-builder delivery
Used when speed and budget outweigh custom theme requirements, while preserving design discipline.
Web platform and portal
For products that require accounts, authorisation, databases, proposals or operational workflows.
Using WordPress does not mean using an off-the-shelf theme.
Our preferred approach is to design the interface with our creative team, develop it with our engineers and use WordPress as the management layer. Page builders are considered only when the project genuinely calls for them.
FROM DESIGN TO PRODUCTION
We show the relationship to each technology—not just a wall of logos.
Not every tool appears in every project. We separate our core design workflow, active delivery stack, verified agency experience and project-dependent infrastructure.

MANAGEABLE BY DESIGN
A system that does not make your team depend on a developer for every update.
We define what content teams should update, under which permissions and with what level of control. WordPress, a headless CMS or a custom management layer is shaped around that operation.

A CONNECTED DIGITAL HUB
A website does not have to be an isolated shop window.
We build forms, APIs and data flows on a sound technical foundation. We do not present ongoing CRM, email or analytics operations as website delivery; we implement the required technical integrations.
Forms and lead flow
Working forms with validation, spam protection, consent records and reliable team notifications.
CRM and email connections
Secure transfer of website data into the selected sales and communication systems.
Analytics and measurement
Consent-aware GA4, GTM, pixel and behavioural analytics integrations.
APIs and custom systems
Project-specific connections to portals, proposal tools, calendars, payments or internal systems.

AktifEdu’s connected proposal portal shows how a web engagement can extend into frontend, backend, database and authorisation scope.
BUILT-IN QUALITY
SEO, speed, accessibility and security are not post-launch add-ons.
Content architecture and engineering decisions consider search engines, real-device performance and usability for everyone from the beginning.
SEO foundation
Semantic headings, metadata, schema, canonicals, redirects and internal linking.
Performance
Responsive media, controlled motion, code splitting and Core Web Vitals-led decisions.
Accessibility
Keyboard access, visible focus, contrast, alt text and reduced-motion support.
Security
SSL, security headers, form protection, dependency checks and a controlled release process.
REAL PROJECT EVIDENCE
Different business models, the same design and development discipline.

AFTER LAUNCH
Going live is not a finish line; it is a controlled transition.
Depending on scope, we handle domains, hosting, SSL, security, production release, maintenance and content-team training, then plan future technical improvements separately.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before starting a web project.
Do you build websites from ready-made themes?
Our preferred approach is to design a bespoke interface in Figma and develop the approved experience. A theme or page builder is considered only when speed, budget and content operations genuinely make it the right choice.
Can a WordPress website still have a bespoke design?
Yes. We can use WordPress as the content management layer while developing a custom frontend and component system. AktifEdu is one of our publishable examples of this approach.
Is Next.js or WordPress the better choice?
There is no universal answer. We consider the content team, interactions, integrations, performance, budget and maintenance needs together.
Is mobile design handled separately?
Responsive behaviour is part of design. Content order, navigation, touch targets and imagery are not left to a simple desktop shrink-down.
Do you provide content and SEO?
Page architecture, technical SEO foundations and content production can be scoped. Ongoing SEO operations are planned under our dedicated SEO service.
Do you integrate forms, CRM and analytics?
We develop forms and implement website-side integrations for the selected CRM, email or analytics tools. Ongoing marketing operations sit within a separate growth scope.
Do you provide launch and maintenance support?
Yes. Depending on scope, we can handle domain, DNS, hosting, SSL, security, production release, maintenance and team training.
Do you work with WooCommerce or Elementor?
Our team has WooCommerce and Elementor capability, but we do not present these as public Multimediatick client references. We assess the right approach for each project.
